Our formulas are compounded and mixed with strict mixing procedures to assure greater control over the end product. A sample, taken from every batch, is tested in our laboratory for proper mix and other physical properties prior to approval for use in production.

Columbia Rubber Mills has a complete service in-plant machine shop to do any tool and die manufacturing to meet your requirements. We also manufacture other steel or metal parts for rubber-to-metal bonding. Technical knowledge, engineering experience and mold design make it possible to produce practically any rubber part to your specifications.

Our specialty products include lining for many applications including deburring tumblers, tanks, pipes, valves and stringing sheaves of all types.

We hold close dimensional tolerances on inserts and rubber finish sizes. Each of the metal inserts is sandblasted to guarantee a contamination-free surface and a better rubber-to-metal bond.

Our High-Impact Bumpers are excellent and we specialize in Chain Pads for all types of conveyor systems.

Our Paving Pads are made with superior steel shoes to assure the longest possible wear. The shoes are sandblasted prior to rubber application so you can be sure of a superior rubber-to-metal bond and durability.

We have a large, well-equipped facility for all types of molding. We specialize in sheet rubber of many different materials. Because of the large variety of presses, we have the capacity to manufacture parts of all shapes and sizes.
